Connecting Latin American Culture with the World

Victoria Abregu Solis is an artist, educator, and cultural manager with over 12 years of experience. She has academic training in Sociocultural Management and Social Work and currently works as a Kultur- og miljoarbeider (culture and community worker).

Her career began in Peru and continued in Madrid, where she was part of folkloric dance groups and developed social and cultural projects with the NGO APLA, working with migrant communities.

She has participated in performances with collectives such as "True Ladies" and "C. Mundo Danza", and has won first place in international folkloric dance competitions in Milan and Modena. Her stage experience includes performances in Peru, Spain, Italy, Russia, and Norway.

She has participated in short films in Madrid and Norway and served as director of the short film "Cartas desde la distancia", developed within the framework of Asociacion Mirada Compartida and presented at Casa America (Madrid).

Additionally, she conducted workshops in Saint Petersburg at the "Shkola ispanskogo-Intenso" and served as an activity leader at "MOSTY".

Currently, she resides in Norway, where she continues managing and developing cultural projects. She is a member of the musical group "Masikuna", part of the collective "Claroscuro: Art that Transcends" (poetry, music, and dance), and artistic director of "Linaje del Mundo", a dance company dedicated to the dissemination and staging of folkloric dances. She also promotes spaces for artistic training and creation that encourage cultural exchange, community education, and the connection between diverse traditions of the world.

Randhy Balcazar Effio is a Peruvian entrepreneur, cultural manager, producer, and business strategist with more than 12 years of experience in organizational development, cultural projects, and business management systems.

With a background in business management, he has focused his professional career on entrepreneurship, strategic planning, marketing, and the development of commercial processes. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies and entrepreneurs from different sectors, contributing to the design of strategies, business models, and sales systems aimed at sustainable growth.

His connection with art and culture was consolidated through Linaje Peruano, a cultural center founded in Peru together with his brother, Joksan Balcazar Effio. Through this organization, he has participated in the production, direction, and management of performances dedicated to promoting Peruvian dance, music, and cultural expressions.

As executive director and producer of Linaje Peruano, he has contributed to the development of artistic performances, educational programs, and social projects. His work includes the co-production and direction of the performance "Golpes de Tierra", presented at Teatro Julieta in Miraflores, as well as the coordination of cultural initiatives for children, teenagers, and different communities.

At the same time, he has developed a career in business and consulting. He is the founder of Monithor, an organization specializing in business strategy and the design of sales systems based on processes, performance indicators, and continuous improvement methodologies. His work focuses on helping companies organize their commercial departments, make decisions based on reliable information, and build clearer, measurable, and more sustainable growth models.

He is also the author of the book "Cupido tambien vende", in which he connects sales and marketing processes with the different stages of a relationship. The book emphasizes the importance of understanding customers, building trust, developing long-term relationships, and delivering valuable experiences.

He currently carries out business and cultural activities between Latin America and Europe. From Norway, he continues promoting projects focused on cultural exchange, the dissemination of Peru's artistic heritage, and the creation of connections between organizations, artists, and communities from different countries.

His professional journey brings together two areas that are essential to his work: business management and culture. Through both, he promotes initiatives that seek to transform ideas into organized and sustainable projects capable of generating social, artistic, and economic impact.
